Welcome to Yoga with me ~ Melanie!

In our everchanging world, on-line classes have become an extension of our yoga community and our individual practice!

Whether you practice with me at our brick and mortar studio in Washago or whether you are purely a "yoga at home" practitioner, these classes are sure to strengthen and deepen your practice.

While you are used to a one hour class in studio, you will find that your attention span won't be quite so long on your own at home, so most classes will be 15 - 30 minutes. It is up to you to spend 5 - 10 minutes following each class for your final meditation (savasana). Set your alarm if you want and really get lost in the beautiful practice of "Dhyana" .

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a beautiful practice that is available to everyone. In each class we will lengthen and strengthen the physical body and calm the mind. This is also a fantastic addition to your mat practice.

Mat Yoga

In the Mat yoga membership, you will find all levels and lengths to suit any day, any mood, any need.

Yoga

Once registered, you will have access to the complete yoga library. Each month, new classes will be uploaded for you to enjoy.

Meditation & Daily Inspiration

The memberships include a number of guided meditations and daily inspirational readings. Please take advantage of this relaxing addition to your practice.
